Tyler House

PRESIDENT

Tyler has 25 years of industry experience in multi-family and commercial development and construction. His career has spanned roles across all aspects of the construction and development process from initial project design and procurement to providing quality warranty services. Tyler understands how to accomplish client’s objectives with on-site realities and strives to continually build engagement.

Tyler has a degree in Behavioural Science and specialized training in real estate development through the University of Calgary and property management through Mount Royal University.

Caleb Lok

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

With 20 years in finance, property management and construction procurement, Caleb has established a strong network of manufacturers & vendors worldwide. Caleb oversees the entire procurement process – from interfacing with our hand-picked manufacturers to sourcing the highest quality products to implementing rigorous QA/QC procedures. Every supplier is carefully selected to align with Combina’s core values to provide quality products and do business with integrity.

Caleb holds a degree in Finance from the University of Calgary’s Haskayne School of Business. He is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa.

Mike Zvonik

DIRECTOR, INSTALLATION

Mike has developed a reputation as one of Canada’s leading all-trades contractors providing high performance and precision workmanship for some of the industry’s biggest players for over 15 years.

With a team of 60 installers, Mike is familiar with operational processes to ensure client satisfaction and to provide good on-site management through every stage of Combina’s product installation process across Canada.

Youth Rise is a prevention-based youth organization based in Alberta focused on empowering youth from vulnerable communities to reach their full God-given potential.

They offer a variety of programs including drop-in centres, free sports, tutoring, job preparation, and spiritual enrichment. They are hyper local to neighbourhoods with high vulnerability factors for youth and establish presence in these communities to create engagement and transformation.
