Care & Maintenance

Use a soft rag for cleaning routinely, warm water daily is best.
Water, acidic drinking, wine, coffee, or oil should be wiped up quickly if spilt.
Quartz typically will not stain, however, if a stain does appear, use a bit of a cleaner or adhesive remover. Use warm water with soft rag after that.
Protect countertop from extreme temperatures. Always use mats below hot pans/dishes/pot etc, instead of putting them directly onto the countertop.
Use a cutting board on top of the countertop, to avoid damaging the countertop by sharp object such as knives.
Avoid harsh cleaners/ chemicals when clean the countertop.

Warranty

COMBINA GLOBAL offers a warranty on all Quartz products, covering any manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. This warranty is governed by the terms and conditions outlined below, along with COMBINA GLOBAL’s general warranty policies. Please note that this warranty does not extend to damages caused by improper installation, accidents, mishandling during transportation, or failure to adhere to COMBINA GLOBAL’s care and maintenance guidelines, available on our website.

Warranty Claim Procedure

To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: reach out to COMBINA GLOBAL’s customer service team with your warranty claim.
Required Documentation: Each warranty request must include:
– Proof of Purchase
– A brief written description of the defect

All warranty claims will be managed at COMBINA GLOBAL’s manufacturing facility, provided that the product is returned to COMBINA GLOBAL. Please note that COMBINA GLOBAL will not cover transportation or installation costs, nor be responsible for any damages incurred during transit.

Terms & Conditions

This warranty is valid exclusively for the original purchaser and cannot be transferred unless specifically stated otherwise. The warranty will not apply in the following situations:

Improper Installation or Use: The product or any of its components fail due to improper installation, misuse, negligence, or non-compliance with COMBINA GLOBAL’s care and maintenance guidelines, as detailed on our website.
Damage from External Factors: Damage resulting from exposure to excessive moisture, high temperatures, or the use of inappropriate cleaning agents. Any alterations or modifications made to the product after installation are not covered.
Wear and Tear: Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to scratching, chipping, or fading of the Quartz surface, is not covered by this warranty.
Subsurface Issues: Any issues arising from an improperly prepared or unsuitable subsurface are excluded from this warranty.
Improper Use of Cleaning Agents: Damage caused by the use of harsh or inappropriate cleaning agents that are not recommended by COMBINA GLOBAL is excluded from this warranty.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from heavy impacts, rolling loads, or any other external forces that exceed the recommended usage for Quartz products.
Quartz products installed in areas exposed to excessive moisture or humidity, such as bathrooms or basements, without proper moisture barriers, are not covered under this warranty.
Damage caused by improper handling or moving of heavy objects across the Quartz surface.
